Permits

A permit is required prior to performing work on public sewer infrastructure or private sewer laterals.

Events requiring a permit include but are not limited to:

  • Pressure Tests
  • Partial or Full Replacements
  • Repairs, Clean Outs, Backflow Prevention Devices, etc.
  • New Connections, New Construction, Remodels
  • Septic-to-Sewer Conversions
  • Public Sewer Extensions
  • Pool Drains, Discharge Permits
  • Abandonment

Contractors must submit a complete packet including: 

  1. Sewer Permit Application: Download here.Permits
  2. Video Inspection: DVD or flash drive.
  3. Video Inspection Report Form.
  4. Site Plan Sketch. View samples: Residence Sketch and HOA Sketch
  5. Payment (checks only). See our fee schedule.
    For remodels and new construction, submit a set of building plans here.

Complete applications can be mailed in or dropped off at our office during business hours. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
